Journal Entry #31: We can ALL always be happy.

There is so much negativity ongoing in the world. And we know it. So much negativity that the negativity could deplete or hinder anyone from keeping a positive approach, the right attitude and mindset to handle life. Negativities of life could lead to depression, fear and anxiety.

The purpose of this blogpost is to help keep a positive mindset with and in life, regardless of how daunting life could be.


It is frustrating that good and evil dwell in the same world. Finding balance could be challenging. What's even more difficult is balancing life on both perspective - good and evil. But if one decides to focus on one aspect (perspective) of life, The Good, the positive alone, then solutions are bound to be sufficient.

An individual cannot serve two masters. The individual would either love one master or hate the other master (Matthew 6:24). This saying is also applicable to how we see life.

So to be positive, here are some tips:


Soak in some good - metaphorically and literally. Breathe in deep breaths of affirmatory thoughts, saying things like: "it would all be okay", "all things are working out for my good, especially because I believe", "It doesn't stop there, keep on going", "it is going to be alright." Positive affirmations like these examples and examples you, might have in your head would help the soul. These affirmations feed the soul, which in turn feed the heart and then the mind; which therefore prepares an individual for whatever challenges are ahead.


Take a look at something that elevates the mood. Think about a positive event which happened and let it fill you with love and hope. For example, I enjoy looking at the app Threads, because it feels me with pleasure. Seeing and relating with similar minded people helps me. It reminds me that there is still hope. It therefore keeps me motivated.


Fill yourself with hope. Hope for mankind, hope for one's self; assuring yourself that all will be alright. Building hope is building the spirit. That the spirit can excel in whatsoever the mind has set out to do. Hope can be built through prayers. So pray. Pray to The Divine One - Yahweh, telling Him all your heart desires and soul cries. He hears you, He listens too and He will heal you. Going to God should be the ultimate step whenever sad or negative thoughts overwhelm you.


These steps I take regularly do satisfy the living being within me. They inspire me and keep me grounded. Therefore, make up your mind to stay positive. It starts with you making up your mind to balance on one side of life - The Good; soaking up all this good in all your endeavors and praying to the Lord God Almighty. These are enough to help one attain balance and therefore keep a positive mindset.


Say to yourself:

"I am loved,

I am cherished,

I am adored, all by God."


Take in life circumstances from a positive approach and good things are bound to be yours.
